Stop Motion Studio can be installed on ChromeOS devices, but if you want to deploy it to managed users, you can use the Google Admin console to do so. Here's how:

1. Log in to the Google Admin console at admin.google.com.
2. Click on "Devices" in the left-hand menu, then select "Chrome devices."
3. Choose the organizational unit where you want to deploy Stop Motion Studio, or create a new one.
4. Click on "Apps & extensions" in the left-hand menu, then click on "Add App" at the top of the page.
5. In the search bar, type "Stop Motion Studio" and select the app from the search results.
6. Click "Select" to add the app to your selected organizational unit.
7. Set the app configuration settings, if necessary. You can configure app settings by clicking on the app name in the list of installed apps and extensions.
8. Click "Save" to deploy Stop Motion Studio to the selected organizational unit.

Once deployed, Stop Motion Studio should be available to managed users on their ChromeOS devices within the selected organizational unit. Users can access the app by clicking on the "Launcher" button in the bottom-left corner of their screen and then searching for "Stop Motion Studio" in the search bar.
