Please make sure both devices are on the same wifi network. The remote connection may not work on a public or business network due to the security settings.
If the remote camera device does not appear automatically, you can enter the remote camera address manually.
- Tap in the camera settings to open the camera list.
- Select Remote Camera.
- Tap Configure and enter the address as shown in the remote camera app.
- Tap Connect.
Please double check the privacy settings for the app. Make sure Local Network is enabled on both devices:
- Open the Settings app and swipe down until you see Stop Motion Studio.
- Enable Local Network
If you can’t get the remote camera to connect try to disable and enable the Wifi connection. Open the settings app and select Wi-Fi. Tap the Wi-Fi slider to turn the connection off. Wait a few seconds and tap the slider again. Do that on both devices. If the connection still doesn’t work, try to restart both devices.
