Remote camera not working.

Please make sure both devices are on the same wifi network. The remote connection may not work on a public or business network due to the security settings.

If the remote camera device does not appear automatically, you can enter the remote camera address manually.

  1. Tap  in the camera settings to open the camera list.
  2. Select Remote Camera.
  3. Tap Configure and enter the address as shown in the remote camera app.
  4. Tap Connect.

Please double check the privacy settings for the app. Make sure Local Network is enabled on both devices:

  1. Open the Settings app and swipe down until you see Stop Motion Studio.
  2. Enable Local Network 

If you can’t get the remote camera to connect try to disable and enable the Wifi connection. Open the settings app and select Wi-Fi. Tap the Wi-Fi slider to turn the connection off. Wait a few seconds and tap the slider again. Do that on both devices. If the connection still doesn’t work, try to restart both devices.
